Bigger and better: Golden Sands is expanding!
Our Golden Sands Holiday Park in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire is set to become even bigger and better thanks to exciting expansion plans.
Haven has now acquired Holivans Caravan Park, a neighbouring site, and will begin development in winter 2024 to transform the park into one of the largest holiday destinations in Lincolnshire, making way for even more holidaymakers.
This latest new park follows Haven’s acquisition of Richmond Holiday Centre (now Skegness Holiday Park) in 2022, which has now undergone a multi-million-pound investment and has been welcoming Haven holidaymakers since 2023.
Golden Sands has seen an overall investment of £10m in recent years, and boasts an action-packed Adventure Village, Outdoor Stage, and plenty of food and beverage choices on park, including the new Ferry Boat Inn.
Elsewhere in Lincolnshire, Haven’s Cleethorpes Beach re-branded from Thorpe Park in 2023 and has also seen significant investment, with its own Adventure Village, and a brand-new Marina Bar & Stage entertainment venue and Slim Chickens.
It's expected over 3.5 million of you will visit a Haven park in 2024 - we hope to see you there too!
